All items sold on this website are handmade, artisan pottery. Due to the nature of handcrafted ceramics:

• Slight variations in colour, texture, shape, and size are normal and expected
• Item dimensions and weights are approximate
• Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the actual item
• 3D models and AR previews are representative but may not capture every detail

These variations are a feature of handmade craftsmanship, not defects.

4. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; however, price changes will not affect orders already confirmed

5. Orders

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; order confirmation does not constitute acceptance
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: item unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
• If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Order confirmation and updates will be sent to the email address associated with your account

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayNow
• GrabPay

We do not store your payment card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control
